How do you read Subscripts

Hallo,
I have a question.
When you have for example a subscript "zero" with a "T" how do you read it?Think about a scientific context for instance.
Do you read "T with zero"?
And how is with superscripts?

Thanks in advance
Any additional remark regarding my English would be useful to me.

EL

Personal pronoun

Hi to everyone!
I wonder what are the cases when I should use the personal pronoun "Me" instead of "I". For example, "It's me" not "It's I". It's difficult for me to understand. I could only try to learn these cases by heart.
The other case. For example "I have a photo album with pictures of me". Is there a big difference when I say my friend and friend of mine?

Could anybody explain to me this?

Thanks in advance.

"Ch" sound

I found out that there are at least 5 different cases of "ch" pronunciation. As "ʧ"(chest, charming, channel), as "k" (technic), as "ʃ" (champagne, French). There could be some "ʤ" and silent. Could you give me some example, please?
