we always use atc when we are talking about alots of things.. 
example 1:
- i like all kinds of brands make up 
dior,chanel,maybeline.....etc.
example 2:
- i like all kinds of cars 
Mercedes,Chevrolet,bmw,Ferrari.....etc.
(example 1 for girls \ example 2 for boys) 
i know when we should use (atc)

I even don't understand the meaning of "abuses" since in this case it has been talking about "system abuses".
